The Platform enables the worldwide connection of caregivers (“Caregivers”) with individuals or organizations seeking care services (“Employers”).

Membership automatically renews unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
If payment cannot be processed, the Provider may:

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
The Provider may suspend or permanently terminate accounts for:

All Platform content, software, trademarks and materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may use Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Platform merely facilitates contact between Caregivers and Employers.

The Provider makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of user-generated content.
The Provider accepts no responsibility for the content of third-party websites linked from the Platform.
Users access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.
